The culinary art of our chefs is to be able to satisfy every palate. This is why the menu includes a wide range of culinary offerings and caresses the sophistication of the best international dishes, the authenticity of the roman tradition, quicker, but intensely flavoured dishes, such as meat or vegetarian burgers or the sea in our fish dishes.
At Rosso, lunch follows the business lunch formula, a rich, wholesome, high-quality buffet based, depending on the day's offerings, on classic Mediterranean dishes, varying between first courses, main courses and side dishes, and a salad corner to be composed independently. Dinner, on the other hand, features a more refined and elegant offer, with the classic à la carte choice.

Rosso is located a few steps away from Circus Maximus, 400 square metres divided into several rooms comprising the restaurant, cocktail bar, pizzeria, grill area, open kitchen and butcher's shop.
